Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Cosmic Enclave. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

The item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, and undamaged.

The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.

The return must be initiated within 3 days of receipt, as evidenced by the delivery date confirmed by the carrier.

Important: You will receive one crystal similar to the ones photographed. Photos show typical quality, but each crystal and gemstone is unique.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team at help@cosmicenclave.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.

Mandatory: Kindly make a video when you receive your order from start to end. The video should clearly show the package being opened and the contents being inspected.

Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging and include the return authorization number on the package.

Ship the item(s) back to us at the following address:

Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.

If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 days, depending on the original payment method.

3. Damages and Missing Items

If you notice any damage or missing items upon delivery, please inform us on the same day of delivery.

We will be unable to process any exchange or refund requests if the damage or missing items are reported 24 hours after delivery.

Note: No exchanges or returns will be processed without a video showing the unboxing and inspection of the products.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds will be processed for the purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding any discounts, promotions, or coupons applied at the time of purchase.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please indicate your preference when contacting our customer support team.

Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that the desired item will be in stock.

If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund for the returned item(s) in accordance with our refund policy.

Important: Please inform us within 7 days from the date of delivery for any exchange or replacement requests. After 7 days, we will not be able to process any exchanges, replacements, or refunds.
